My stay at Arawana Regency Park Sukhumvit had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and the location was excellent, close to many amenities. However, I encountered significant cleanliness issues and a lack of attention from the staff, especially during check-in, which was quite disappointing.

The room was large, which I appreciated, but it had major cleanliness issues like mould in the bathroom and dirty walls. There were even exposed wires in the room, which is a safety concern.

The reception staff were often unhelpful and rude. I felt ignored upon checking in, as they didn't seem to want to assist me before check-in time. Although one staff member was friendly, it didn't make up for the overall poor customer service.
